The John Deere TLB110 excavator was purchased new in 2004. It has had only one owner, myself, and has been used exclusively on my land. Price: $29,995. No GST payable.
The equipment has always been kept indoors. It has never been on asphalt. No rust.
The excavator's hour meter stopped at 2,800 hours, but it currently has approximately 3,000 hours of use.
