We have a VSR, infra-sound stress release process that removes stress from heat affected areas.

We can repair gears with missing teeth or cracks. Rebuild high carbon steels and give them the original hardness up to 50 RockwellC.

We primarily specialize in non-standard welding and repairs, but we also have the CWB seal for steel welding to ensure the integrity of our processes.

We even rebuild/repair babbitt bearings with double arc spray plating.
