These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between Publiquip Inc., owner of the publiquip.com website and related mobile applications and you, the user of the services offered by Publiquip Inc. via its website.

Publiquip reserves the right to keep certain advertisements in archive without guaranteeing a fixed period following the expiry of your member profile. It is therefore strongly recommended to keep in your personal archives a copy of the advertisements that you publish on the site.

12. GENERAL LEGAL

These terms of use, including the privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between the user and Publiquip regarding the use of the website and cancels and replaces any previous agreement.

These Terms, Rights and Obligations and all the actions contemplated by these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada. The user accepts that any dispute or claim arising from or related to the site, be resolved by arbitration, said arbitration to take place in Quebec, Canada.

The user agrees that any dispute or claim arising out of or related to the service, be solved, individually, without any form of class action. The user also agrees that, irrespective of any statutory rule or law to the contrary, any claim or claim arising out of or relating to the use of the service shall be filed within one (1) year at the latest following the claim or claim or be forever prescribed. The failure of a party to exercise, in any respect whatsoever, any right hereunder shall not be considered a waiver of other rights hereunder.

Publiquip reserves the right to investigate, report illegal activity to the authorities, and take legal action against anyone who contravenes these Terms of Use.

Publiquip's failure to act in the event of a breach of these Terms that the User or other person (s) would be responsible for does not remove the right to intervene in future similar offenses.

13. REVISIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS OF THIS POLICY

Publiquip may amend this policy when applicable by posting a revised version on its website at http://www.publiquip.com. Any change will take effect on the date it is posted. If you continue to use the Website after posting a revised version of this Policy, you agree to such changes.

The scope and application of this policy is limited as described herein and in accordance with applicable law. This policy does not create or confer individual rights or impose any obligation on Publiquip, except for the rights and obligations imposed by applicable consumer protection laws in the Province of Quebec and Canada.
